Albert I von Dagsburg - Is Albert's father Hugo IX or not.

The notes for Albert says "Wrong Father.... this profile is incorrect too... " but you have Hugo listed as his father. Hugo's notes (I think from MEDIEVAL LANDS" states he had two children HEINRICH and GERBERGA. Which is correct the note or the profile? If the note is correct who is his father?
