I do not see evidence of this Herbert's death having occurred in Turkey. I doubt the attached Genealogics confirm an event place with a reputable source. Medlands doesn't support it.
The best effort on Wikipedia to date appears it.Wikipedia. The last event it mentions (RE Herbert) is how Simon de Valois asked for peace by conceding to end his fight fight for control of Vexin in 1077. Simon retired to monastic life and left the Valois to his sister Adelaide and Herbert.
