According to FamilySearch …

Sir Edmund Deincourt, 8th Lord Eyncourt & Isabel de Mohun were the parents of Maud de Bermingham who married William de Bermingham, II

Can anyone provide more substantiation one way or another?

Phillip Lee Gibbs brought to attention.

Is the Irish branch of de Berminghams.

Sir William ‘Fitz-Richard’ de Bermingham, 5th Lord Athenry

It is speculated but not proven that the Irish line derives from the Birmingham de Berminghams and a common Anglo Saxon, not Norman, origin.

In any event - no Deincourts anywhere about for any of them.
