I'm asking Private User to join this discussion because he seems to be holding the key to this MP.
I ask that
Yitzhack Jaffe be detached from Yehuda Aryeh Leib Joffe and attached instead as a son to
Rabbi Aryeh Leib Jaffe Ginz

I think according to the above source,Yitzhack Jaffe would not have lived in Vishay, Lazdijai, Lithuania. But one should ask Private User

In my opinion the building should be continued according to the above source.
