Rabbi Menachem Manesh Chayot - Was R' MMC married to his Aunt?

One of the wives listed for Rabbi Menachem Manesh Chayot (the one named Wife R' Menachem Chayot (Chayes)) is also the half-sister of his father Meir Chayos. This would make her his aunt.

A union between a nephew and his aunt is forbidden by Jewish law - while it's nevertheless possible for that kind of union to happen anyways, it would be very unlikely for it to happen within a family of Rabbis. So most likely she was not the daughter of Shimshon Chayot or she was not the wife of this Rabbi Menachem Manesh Chayot.

(As an aside, Rabbi Menachem Manesh Chayot was the great-grandson of Menahem Manish Chajes ABD Vilna, ABD Vilna, so he may very well have had many other second cousins with the same name)
