This profile shows a fixed birth year of 1279, which would make her father, with a circa birth year of 1263, age 12 or 13 when Joan was born. I don't know which is more reasonably adjustable -- Joan's birthyear or Sir Henry's .. or a little of both.

So I’d say source or neither birth date. They are usually estimated in this period & as has happened here, get out of whack. The real question is to ensue the relationships are correct and cite the profile.

The father has data to estimate with:

Sir Henry Bodrugan

“He was heir to his uncle William de Bodrugan and was aged 30 and more in 1308 [b. abt. 1278] / 1263.”

“ Henry and Sybil had two children:

  1. Sir Otto de Bodrugan (b. 6 January 1290 - d. 6 September 1331), married Margaret de Champernown alias Campo Arnulphi (d. 1360).
  2. Johanna (b. 1285), married Sir Henry de Champernoune Campo Arnulphi.

These children and their spouses feature heavily in the novel The House on the Strand by Daphne du Maurier.

So now we know how to correct the daughter.

The daughter Joan Bonville has a ca birthdate 1299, so maybe a little adjustment there too?
She's much older than her siblings.

Good catch. I set Joan Bonville to blank birth date also.

There’s a primary source referenced in her profile, and the Tudor Place site has the line - to be used with caution, he compiled pedigrees from “various internet sources.”
