Has anybody noticed that van der Merwe is now the top surname on the tree, with 1,391,546 profiles?
Is that our doing?

Yet Nkosi the biggest surname in South Africa.
Could this be as a result of duplicates on GeNI ?

I doubt it. The SA tree and the Dutch tree together, perhaps?
