I see John Mcabe or Cabe but not sure where the middle name for this John McCabe comes in

"He was married twice, remarrying after his first wife passed on. Between his two wives, he had 24 children so many people in WNC hail him as an ancestor."

His other wife and the children need added.
Also, I am curious as to whether Mary was his mother and perhas John stepped up rather than both parents being adoptive.
