I just checked the family chart. Leopold of Belgium was Albert's father's brother. No chance of anything hinky showing up via Y-DNA. And since he still had the same mother, nothing would show up via mtDNA either. Something *might* have come up via autosomal, but in a family that inbred, it'd be a long shot.

I think this is just old "celebrity gossip".

On the other hand, the tabloids are in a furor over quite a different Albert - Albert of Monaco. Seems he's been a bit of a playboy and has two, maybe three little urchins running after him crying "Daddy! Daddy!" Tabloids just loooove this stuff.
