There is a wild flora of pictures in the media folder for Bengt Folkesson Snivel

Is there any documented coat of arms or seal? I have not seen any such from Bengt Folkesson Snivel.
As Dan Albert John Köhl points out the current picture of a coat of arms is a much later COA used by for instance Birger Magnusson. In my opinion it would be gravely wrong to use that armour for Bengt Folkesson Snivel.
There is no source for that usage in the Geni profile. Someone picked a COA that was used in the family.
I suggest that a picture of the burial place could be used as an icon. Or a picture of a seal if that could be found.
Remove the current COA.
This site proposes a solution for how the different persons could have used COAs.

If I remember right:
Folke den tjocke is supposed to have carried a lilly on his shield. He might have been on a crusade.
Ingegärd of Denmark could have carried an Estridsson-ätten COA. Lions and hearts.
So hypothetically Bengt Folkesson Snivel would have used a COA with some of these elements.
BUT since no COA or seal seems to exist it would be confusing and false information.
I propose that we should use a blank shield with no colours just to indicate that there is no documented COA.
Perhaps with the text "COA not avilable." or n.a.
This would prevent people from just adding any snappy/sassy COA or a picture of a viking.
In some cases it could be proper to add an icon of a runic stone or an autograph or a burial church.
I just changed the coat of arms of Bengt Folkesson Snivel. I simply made a grey blank icon with a contour and n.a. in the centre.
Dan Albert John Köhl's point is highly relevant. In the case with Bengt Folkesson Snivel it would be gravely misleading to add any COA.
If anyone have a better suggestion please plead for it.
As for his title "Jarl" I have seen that there is no confirmation for it. It is an assumption as I understand it.
