Wife is called Ann "Nancy" in the Germanna database. No maiden name.

This is all referenced already.

Note: it has been erroneousely thought for many years that a Nancy Specter married Henry Rector of Germanna Colony. This is been proven not to be the case.

As stated in "The Wives of John (John Jacob) Rector", by John K. Gott, John P. Alcock and John Blankenbaker:

The case also shows that Henry Rector, Sr. (a son of Hans Jacob Richter) was married to Ann(e) Robinson, not to Anne Spencer which had been conjured up to explain the name of their son Spencer. In 1759, Henry Rector, Jr. was a member of the household of Frances Robinson and her husband William Howell. Henry and Frances were probably half-siblings.
