Elizabeth was born to James Cleypoole 1533-1599 and Joan Henson . She had a brother Adam Cleypoole 1565-1634 that married Dorothy Wingfield. In the 1600's they spelled the name Cleypoole. She married John Osborne of the Osbornes of Tyld(en) Hall, in Bedfordshire.
This group of Osbornes might be DNA GROUP 2.
