Why are speculative, noted as 'unproven' profiles even connected? That only gives possible false pathways for Geni connections. Unless the connections can be validated, they should be disconnected to they don't give unreliable kinship connections.

The existence of this George Boone is unproven, but it is a placeholder for what seems to be a missing generation in the Boone family tree.

There are two of those 'placeholders' which seems to me to just be speculation to attach this line to the lines that are established. It's guesswork, not good genealogy.

You get the proof and then make the connections, not vice versa. Otherwise, as I said, it gives speculative pathways on Geni.
