I am very keen to find if the mtDNA results of Maria Kickers descendant(s) indicate origins other than in Europe. I know that mtDNA haplogroup H48 is today commonly found in Ireland, England, France, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Poland and Croatia; but autosomal results may potentially indicate the origins of her ancestors not in the direct matrilineal line. If you can help, I would be most appreciative. Thank you.
