Francois Pilois (de Berthaucourt) - Relation to Charles De Billy

Does anyone know of an actual source document showing Francois Pilois as the son of Charles De Billy and Antoinette de Berthaucourt? All I see are references to other people's trees, but not one so far has an original source document to support the relationship. This is true across My Heritage, Ancestry, Family Search and others. Is everyone copying the same assumption error, or is there a real source document that can be produced to verify it? I don't like using other people's trees as "source" documentation unless they have a real source document listed (and not just someone else's tree).
