You have encountered an impossibility. If the Maraham from Lublin's years are 1558-1616 and Yona Kalman died in 1550 then how can the Maraham's daughter have married Yona Kalman? Perhaps it is another Yona Kalman she married. Absent any further proof I would simply put the information you found about the spouse of Yona in the 'About' section for him and not try to merge profiles.

2:The information I found is solid, and it does refer to Rabbi Yona Kalman Babad Ha'Ashkenazi ("Issur v'Heter")

3:The thing that seems right to me is: There is a mistake in one of the branches or in Rabbi Yona Kalman Babad's branch missing 2-3 generations in the family tree..
I have seen people (including curators) who in this case open unnamed profiles because I want my family tree to be accurate,I'm debating what is the right thing to do
