Who is his father?

I found a source saying he is the son of Jablah V, King of the Ghassanids, could this be true?

Jabalah V ibn al-Harith (628–632)
his son
Jabalah VI ibn al-Aiham (632–638) the parantes shows when he was king, and he was the last king, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jabalah_ibn_al-Aiham

Nikephoros I Logothetes, Byzantine Emperor born between 705 och 765, died 26 Juli 811. As you see, it is highly unlikely that he was the son of Jablah V and not likely that he was the son of his son, Jabalah VI. At best, he could have been a grandchild to the latter.
