If you are interested, in Israel there is a woman who is a DNA test specialist. I spoke with her about a year ago(If you are interested I can give you her details).
A dna test that will give you hundreds of years back costs a lot of money, and note that in Israel the DNA tests are invalid.

אני מחכה לתשובה מווקשטיין בנוגע לזה.
הפני יהושע צאצא של המגיני שלמה מצד אמו. אני צריך צאצאים זכרים של הפני יהושע כדי לבדוק התאמה של Y-DNA, כרומוזום Y שמועבר על ידי הגברים. יש למשל בברוקלין משפחת לנדאו צאצאים שלו, כרגע לא הצלחתי להגיע אל אחד מהם.
