There is an inconsistency that says she was under 14 years old when she was married. Wikipedia says she was born 754

Can someone either change the birthdate or confirm that she married before the age of 14?

It's perfectly likely that she was married before 14 in this period of history:

The other factor to consider is the circa birth date / legitimacy of her son.

Please consult the Sources provided - it is not possible to confirm / refute the info beyond them. Geni's consistency checker has a modern mindset about likely age at marriage. I have disabled it here.
