Question: Are there two Elizabeth Lewis merged in this profile? My personal family records show that there were two Elizabeth Lewis, though I have no birth information for either.

Elizabeth and John Harpur had at least eleven children between 1859 and 1879 in the general Mudgee area.

Elizabeth and Arthur Elms had at least six children between 1874 and 1882 in Armidale.

NSW BDM has marriage of Elizabeth Lewis to John B. Harpur, Mudgee, 2211/1858

NSW BDM has marriage of Elizabeth Lewis to Arthur Elms, Armidale, 1673/1874.

Possible death registrations:

Elizabeth Elms NSW BDM 11743/1887 Armidale.

Elizabeth Harpur NSW BDM 16084/1902 Tamworth.

Elizabeth 1 married HARPUR in 1858
Elizabeth 2 married ELMS in 1874 when Elizabeth 1 was still having children with HARPUR

I have separated them
Elizabeth Harpur
Elizabeth Elms
And added curator notes so they don’t get remerged

The William and Ann Lewis, parents of Elizabeth Elms (Lewis) were already on geni with all their children
