Christopher Sanders, of Boston
named her son Joshua Lamb, III his heir in 1708, but Capt. Joshua Lamb, Esq. married Susannah Cary in 1703. Was she a widow Cary?
Are the rest of the children correct? I believe Henry Lamb is in question.
Did Joshua have a 1st wife?
Did he go to South Carolina ?
Advice appreciated.
*headache face* I'm related to that family, but my knowledge is 0% - Michael Lee Stills may know more.
Found the will of the 2nd Joshua Lamb (d 1754)

No children named. Mentions his wife Sarah & his sisters.
Here is some work being done on Henry. Mentions Joshua.

https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Lamb-470 is incomplete. I added a comment to that profile.
1. I see no evidence for wife Mary. Joshua Lamb’s widow was Sarah (as I read his will.
2. Wife Susanna was called Cary in their Marriage record, but her father Christopher Sanders, named Joshua Lamb, grandson, in his 1708 will

So I’m guessing Susanna was a widow Cary when she married Joshua Lamb. Susanna was living in 1710 when she was named attorney for her mother Elizabeth Sanders.
3. The third Joshua Lamb tragically died 1722 in a fall while attending Harvard https://media.geni.com/p13/fb/0b/88/c9/534448496fe4f6a8/d8790245-5f...
4. There seems no relationship between the Quaker Lambs of North Carolina and the mercantile Lambs of Roxbury.
Ok here we go: https://ancstry.me/2TeWPVX
It's right now my only public tree i think, because it's the tree that's based off my geni lineage which is more true than anything else. (Which also is where it matches to my family research 4 gen from mom etc and dad.)
