There's already a place to put in marriage details, on the relationships tab within the profile.

Some other useful things might be:

- better handling for multiple names (a single field doesn't do a good job of capturing the different versions)
- a way to link together the surname pages for phonetically identical names with different spelling
- a link to add people to the tree without switching to one of the tree views (i.e. from the profile page)

None of those should be hard to implement either.

Hi Jeremy, You can already add a family member from the profile without going to tree view. Go to the overview screen, scroll down to "Immediate family", scroll right and press "add family"

If you are using windows, put the cursor on the "view tree" link, and do a right click, open in a new tab or window. Close the window or tab when done.

Please Add an additional date field for Hebrew Date.

I think this would be a great feature. As well as "upping" this, I added some comments concerning Hebrew-Gregorian date conversion on the feature request link.

I vote yes. Would add greater value to a researcher - would be even better, if there could be automatic date conversion from a Secular to hebrew or vice versa.. just thinking aloud.

For date conversion web-apps, there are a few around that are not dependent on specific spreadsheets and browser compatibility. The one I tend to use is:

I think this discussion is more to do with having a converter integrated into Geni to help with automatic conversions when requested.

With so many old tombstones with Hebrew dates on my family tree, it is very important that this feature be included.
