When we can see back over 1000 years, imagine the web we weave? I think of interlaced diamond shapes like a deck of cards sized diamond. It runs eventually, in both upwards and downwards directions.

I once saw a claim that Pharaoh Tutankhamun had influenced the genealogy of 1 in 5 Europeans. That is a lot of influence for an old guy!

I am a Stewart of Scotland. My three times Great Grandfather spent ten years in Canada as a British soldier. He grabbed the family in the shadow of the 19th century Potato famine and departed the Great Northern Plantation near Derry, Ireland and emigrated to the Toronto, Canada area and is buried there. Baptized in Scotland, buried in Canada, one of his sons moved to St. Charles County, Missouri to farm. His grandson John, met my Grandmother Josephine Schroeder there in the early twentieth century, were married, and my father was their fourth of four born in 1937. I am still in complete awe of this and other things I find here and there with so many people's help. Thank you all.
