It seems speculative to me as well and i descend from both Annes.

The source documents in the profile refers to another person entirely.

I took the profile back to the original name (unknown), detached her from the Butlers, and locked it down.

Of the daughters, Anne married, firstly, Sir Richard Hankford, secondly, Sir John FitzLewis, and, thirdly, John Holland, Earl of Huntingdon & Duke of Exeter; Margaret married William, Lord Ferrers of Groby; and Elizabeth married Robert, Lord Willoughby of Eresby.
