Sir Henry de Percy, 4th Earl of Northumberland - Please remove Anne Hunt as child

I have to say that I can find no record of Anna Henry's parents as well. Why would her last name be Henry rather than Percy ? I also can not find any reference to Henry de Percy being her father. Only Lady Anne as listed in his will. I have not found where he had two daughters with the same name.
