I noticed that the "George Allen, of Sandwich" profile (George Allen, of Sandwich) lists a son Isaac Allen, born Sandwich 1639. Unfortunately, there is NO evidence that George had a son Isaac. The Vital Records of Sandwich Massachusetts to 1885 list no entries for an Isaac Allen in the index. There was an Isaac Alden, d. 1727, married Mehitalbe Allen on 2 Dec 1685, Bridgewater, MA (New England Marriages prior to 1700, p. 15). The will of John Allen of Swanzey, son of George Allen Sr., mentions a son Isaac Allen in Rehoboth, MA. Isaac married in Rehoboth Mary Bowen, 30 May 1673, lists a number of children of Isaac and Katherine (____) Allen in Rehoboth between 3 Jan 1674-13 Sep 1692, and Isaac died 22 Nov 1692 in Rehoboth.

You also said "lists a number of children of Isaac and Katherine (____) Allen in Rehoboth between 3 Jan 1674-13 Sep 1692, and Isaac died 22 Nov 1692 in Rehoboth."

In Geni It shows Isaac was also married to Katherine Jenckes on Jan 1680

In Geni it shows he Married Mary Bowen May 30 1673

Isaac Allen son of John Allen had two marriages: Mary Bowen, 30 May 1673, Rehoboth; and Katheron or Catherine (Balcom) of Rehoboth. They had 6 children born between 3 Jan 1674(/5?)-13 Sep 1692. If the two Isaac Allens in Rehoboth are the same person, there is no record of the death of Mary or the marriage of Katherine. Isaac's first child, Isaac, was born on 3 Jan 1674(/5?), but his second child, Katherine, was born on 18 Jan 1683(/4). Both are listed as children of Isaac and Katherine (Arnold, James N., 1897, Vital record of Rehoboth, 1642-1896. Marriages, Intentions, Births, Deaths. Narragansett Historical Publishing Co., Providence, RI), but the fact that there is a gap between Jan 1674(/5?) (Isaac Jr.) and Jan 1683(/4?) (Katherine) of 9 years between Isaac's first two children suggests that Arnold made a mistake. Shurtleff, Records of the Colony of New Plymouth in New England, v. 8, Miscellaneous Records, 1633-1689, p. 53. "The Marriages, Beirthes, and Burialls in the Towne of Rehoboth, in the Yeer 1674; Isacke Allin, son of Isacke Allin, borne the 3th of January". Note that Shurtleff lists no wife. So I think that Isaac had one child with Mary, Isaac Jr, b. 3 Jan 1674(/5?), and 5 children by Katherine: Katherine, b. 18 Jan 1683(/4?); Bethia, b. 11 Dec 1685; Nehemiah, b. 9 May 1688; Deborah, b. 25 Feb 1689/90, and Sarah, b. 13 Sep 1692.
There was an agreement, dated 8 May 1695, between John Allen of Bristol (brother of Isaac Sr.) and Thomas Read of Rehoboth overseers of estate of Isaac Allen, and Daniel Jencks of Attleborough. Mentions Katheren widow of Isaac Allen now wife of Daniel Jencks, and only son Nehemiah Allen [1:65] (Rounds, H.L. Peter, Abstracts of Bristol County Massachusetts probate records, v. 1, 1987, 1687-1745; v. 2, 1988, 1745-1762. Genealogical Publishing Co., Baltimore, MD. [note: numbers following data listing show original probate volume:page]). Note that the will of John Allen of Swansea yeoman, dated 1 Jan 1722/3, probated 1 Nov 1723, mentions Nehemiah Allen and Deborah Hopkins children of brother Isaac Allen dec'd, and grandchildren of brother Isaac dec'd namely daughter Bethiah's 2 children and daughter Sarah's child (Rounds, v. 1, p. 97 [4:226-228]). So Isaac Jr. had died by 1 Jan 1722/23.
Isaac's daughter Deborah married Hugh Cole, and John Allen of Bristol MA, brother of Isaac Sr., deeded to Hugh Cole Jr. & Joseph Cole sons of Hugh Cole & Deborah Cole, all of Swanzey, some land in Swanzey in 1713 (v. 2, p. 429-431. Bristol Co. MA, Deeds, v. 1-16, 1686-1804, Fall River, North District, Transcripts, FHL films 572438-572445).

Sounds good. The only other early Isaac Allen that I have in my database is the son of Bozoan Allen of Hingham-Boston, MA. This Isaac Allen was bapt. on 6 Apr 1652 in Boston [History of the town of Hingham, Massachusetts, in three volumes, Published by the Town, University Press, John Wilson and Son, Cambridge, 1893. v. 2, Genealogical, p. 8]. I have almost no other data on this other Isaac Allen.

The will of John Allen of Weymouth-Rehoboth-Swanzey, MA, son of George Allen Sr. of Weymouth-Sandwich, mentions his sons John and Isaac (my abstract):
