Alexander Mackenzie {7th of Davochmaluag} was born April 1804 in London and died 1822 in Jamaica (aged 17)

He has 2 marriages
- Elizabeth Mackenzie with children Alexander Mackenzie, 8th of Davochmaluag and John Mackenzie
- Janet Mackenzie
with no dates of birth or marriages

He also appears to have inherited his father's title even though his father did not die till 1838

Can anyone add any dates to the marriages or to the births of his children?

The children of Alexander would have had to have been born between 1817 and 1823.

Son Alexander Mackenzie, 8th of Davochmaluag according to his Overview was a Sherriff in 1746 and died in 1776

Kenneth MacKenzie {6th of Davochmaluag} is currently showing as the son of Alexander MacKenzie (1732-1772) and Mary MacKenzie

His father Alexander (1732-1772) is showing as the son of William MacKenzie (died 1819)

His grandfather who would have needed to have been born at the latest 1719 - has siblings
- born 1813 Niven McKenzie of Liberty Lodge Estate, St. Vincent
- born 1820 Margaret McKenzie

Kenneth MacKENZIE the 6th of Davochmulaug was
- the son of Roderick MacKENZIE the fifth of Davochmalaug and Janet FRASER
- married Mary MacKENZIE
- his 4th child was born in 1689

Alexander MacKENZIE the 7th of Davochmulaug married Janet MacKENZIE and Elizabeth ROSE

Kenneth MacKENZIE the 6th of Davochmalaug is NOT the same person as Alexander Kenneth MacKENZIE who arrived in Australia on "Admiral Cockburn" in 1822

There have obviously been incorrect merges / connections which will take some time to fix.

This is a new profile for Alexander Kenneth MacKENZIE the Australian Settler Alexander Kenneth Mackenzie [Free Settler "Admiral Cockburn" 1822]
