How about just decapitations and have the accidental in tagline and overview ?

The reason for keeping them as separate streams is for those studying capital punishment, and far more profiles than accidental deaths.

I have modified the intros for

When I add projects I type the relevant keyword in - I a member of a lot of "People connected to" projects and it just quicker to type in "Kent" and I get all the matching projects.
