Dear Curators,

Apologies, I believe I merged two different Edward Rosens Edward Alvin Rosen by mistake. Private User points out - one had parents David and Reba, the other Isaak and Hannah. Sorry, could you un-merge them please? I promise to be more careful in the future.

Also I have noticed a few more duplicates that Geni won't let me even ask to merge. Could someone please consider merging them (not at all urgent)?

Dimitri Vulis, the merge has been undone. rebecca woolis is a claimed, isolated profile. How do you know it is the same Rebecca Woolis as the daughter of Sol?

I am surprisingly confident that there is exactly one person with this unusual name in the world. Also, the profiles were created on May 29 and May 31, 2015. But more certainty would be even better.
(I sent geni invites to the e-mails of Rebecca and to her brother Bill via the profiles Merrill had created, but neither one accepted so far)
(Btw Sol's father David Woolis (Wulis) came to the U.S. and chose to spell his surname Woolis rather than Vulis or Wulis, as some other relatives did.)

(Update: minutes after I wrote this, she joined Geni on the 2nd profile that Merrill had created.)

The wife of John Wilson needs to be changed. Is there a profile of Elizabeth Mansfield?

The Wilson line is also a proven line to one of the Magna Carta signers. Wikitree proved that I have a connection to one and it might be a good idea to fix the tree here.

Can a curator please make this profile an MP please? Thomas Siffleet

Ignore the current suffix - just added for convenience whilst working on a tricky family with a lot of Thomases! I have made a note about the confusion with a Thomas Syflet of Kent (where the families have been confused in a few trees in Ancestry) and have been spending a lot of time on sorting out the tangled web of relationships up the line, so would hate to see things get messed up by an inadvertent merge.

Hi Private User, I have made Thomas an MP, this stops anyone from merging him with any other MPs but does nothing to stop merges with other profiles. Based on your comment in his About section that his family is 99% complete I have put a Relationship Lock (RL) onto his profile, this means only a Curator can now add children/parents/spouses to this profile. The big benefit of this is that if someone merges another (non-MP) Thomas profile with this one all the family members of that other Thomas will be disconnected instead of getting mixed into your tree.

PS Thomas has some data conflicts that need resolving, DOB, location. The currently displayed data may be correct but i do not know so if you can check the Reslove Data Conflicts option on the Actions menu of Thomas' profile that would be good

I didn't realise those data conflicts were still outstanding - I don't know why they didn't turn up on my Merge page, but anyway all done now. :-)
