Anne Wentworth and John Poley's daughter, Mary Poley (born abt 1552 in Suffolk) married "John Lany, Gentleman of Ipswich" around 1578 in Suffolk. Mary and John Lany both died in 1633 in Ipswich, Suffolk.

Mary Poley never married an imaginary Nicholas Hopkins There is no Mayflower connection known in these generations for the Wentworths or Poleys. Mary only got assigned to Hopkins after people figured out that Mary Poole and Mary Poore were bogus and had no data anywhere.

See how Mary Poole and Nicholas Hopkins got invented

as parents of Stephen Hopkins of the Mayflower.
