Sharon, This profile is fine, I'm not absolutely sure why you are asking all these questions. Names were variable so she was called Maud, Mathilde, Mathilda, Matilda or Mahaut. Surnames were more descriptors so de Meshines refers to her line from Ranulf de Mechins but her father was de Kevelioc.
Birth and death dates generally this far back are circa but as far as certainty goes the most likely dates are b 1171 and d 1233. She was Countess of Huntingdon on the strength of her husband being Earl of Huntingdon.
