Try this link for NYT on Mediaeval mapping at various sites, it basically just gives a background for the Cambridge map and mentions some other sites. If not, I can download a copy. Mostly it was the Cambridge map site that was important. It has other cities than London. There is also some site that gives main road routes in Continental Europe from about 1000 to 1500,,, but I couldn't get the site to do much.

I think the important take away for all of us is,

DON"T discard old eel skins in front of people's shops!!!!

[I guess that was the first take out. In fairness, sandwiches still had a couple of hundred years in development] Initially perceived as food that men shared while gaming and drinking at night, the sandwich slowly began appearing in polite society as a late-night meal among the aristocracy. The sandwich is named after John Montagu, 4th Earl of Sandwich, an eighteenth-century English aristocrat.

small personal consideration, from how I saw you going to change the suffix on the surname of a very illustrious person already set in his very complex multilingual reality, it seems that you should not yet go around the Middle Ages at "free rein".

OK: you definitely like to embellish the tree by posting nice colored COAs on each profile even if nothing is written inside:
1) no need to upload it 3 times the same on one profile.
2) think that with one only single file, you can tag the whole family in it.
[or at least useful profiles to be highlighted with link sources and internal searches:]
3) think that if you give it a title-name, then with the search command of your browser, you are also able to re-find that file JPG among thousands in just a second :O

Another Bruce, Sir Bruce duplicate line from 11/3/2023 that needs to be isolated ASAP before that guy pops his lid because of a "bad" merge.

They seem to get off a generation on the wife "Christina" about here in the 1500s. and 11 generations to the future, no green.

I see you merge, move, write something...
you could be a valid help for the area
just go easy slow with free JPGs :D

Do you need (C) help on abandoned merge conflict of:
* /!\ Castolov(Cenek) z Klinsteina
**
*** /!\ Puta de Klingstejn, on Zandow
__________
zombie Půta z Klinštena just already reported

I know this does not belong here. But I don't know the other Medieval discussions.

Please see https://www.geni.com/discussions/257430?msg=1662821 regarding a missing child of a locked Medieval profile.

Emily Kent Marget - done for Robert Echyngham, Esq., of Dixter

Thank you for calling attention.

Erica Howton - Thanks for both. I personally will not touch Medieval.

1600
Lady Janet Stansil Sinclair
Janet Bruce

If merged will create an issue at granddaughter

Unlikely that the son had 2 children with the same name alive at the same time.

I'll let you know about a worsening situation after your incursion and taking possession of the extremely sensitive profile of
Dª. Zaida Isabel, reina de León

now we appears in Arabic.
There was no need for your intervention, (C) Erica Howton had taken care of it abundantly, but she is evidently too patient and polite to let you notice.

Hi Sabrina Kaye Farr

Re: the two James Hamilton of Woodhall

We’re working on the genealogy. Will advise when done.

Elinor Fowell

These two profiles represent the same person. There are major relationship conflicts in the trees. Most noticeable at first glanceis father of master profile is also half sibling of duplicate profile.

Re: https://www.geni.com/discussions/158450?msg=1663187

It’s two different James Woodhalls, now made into Master Profiles to better differentiate.

James Hamilton of Woodhall (d. 1486) is not the same as James Hamilton of Woodhall, Captain of the Island of Arran (d. 1594)

I think these 4 could benefit from curation and locking before they get inadvertently merged and the tree corrupted.

John Knox of Ranfurly
John Knox of Ranfurly
John Knox of Ranfurly
John Knox of Ranfurly, younger

They have great overviews - just way out of my expertise area
