Anton Szandor LaVey - Anton's Uncle Bill LaVey

In Blanch Barton's book 'The Secret Life of a Satanist' (Ch. 1 Pg. 6), she mentions his Uncle 'Bill LaVey' is that the same person as 'Ike Levy'?
