Is this not a duplicate of Sir Francis Bryan Lord Justice of Ireland?

If you mean the son, I can't find any proof that he existed, let alone that he was Lord Chief Justice of Ireland.

There has only been one Francis Bryan with that title--this Sir Francis Bryan, who was made Lord Chief Justice of Ireland in 1549.
