"Cordelllia Young 11-15-1881 Perry Co."
I'm wondering if the managers are inactive?
If she cannot be made public, can we force the merge? Obvious duplicate.

Cynthia Curtis, A183502, US7875087 -- Thanks for the date, which I've added to the profile.
The date is too recent for us to make the profile public or merge the profiles. Whether the managers are active doesn't matter per the rules we have to follow.
Cynthia Curtis, A183502, US7875087 -- Profiles can only be reassigned if there's a nearby active manager to reassign them to who qualifies under Geni's criteria (I believe it's typically a Family Group member). In many cases, one isn't found. And even then, the new manager may not want to accept the request to merge or make public, which is their right as long as the profile is under 150 years.
Private User -- Sorry, that one has to be left to the manager to decide since there is sensitive content on the profile; the 150-year rule doesn't apply.
It looks like you only requested the merge today, so hopefully they'll get back to you.
TO ALL:
Please remember that we cannot assist with merges involving private profiles if we don't know the date of birth. If none are on the profile, you should look them up before posting and include both the date and your source in your post. Otherwise, you're asking us to research for you.
The advice posted at https://www.geni.com/discussions/257430?msg=1599146 is very helpful to revisit from time to time.
I think that these profiles are the same but one is locked:

Not sure that any of these should be merged as they appear to be recently added tree duplications:

https://www.geni.com/merge/compare/6000000003051159727?return=match...
and these are recent merges that although possibly correct could still be redundant

Wife and son are the same
Private User -- done
Private User -- looks like Private User handled it yesterday
Cynthia Curtis, A183502, US7875087 -- the first two are done; the third is, as you can see from the birth date on your copy, well within 150 years since birth, so we can't help. There's an active manager so it's up to them whether they want to merge.
Private User -- I did that merge for you because it looked good, but then heading down the line, you have significant differences with other profiles, like on these:
Are you sure these are all a match? I'm not going to do more merges in this line until we're certain. Please let me know if the two I did maybe need to be reversed. Thanks!

I'm a bit confused, because the merge compares that you posted belong to two profiles I mange. One was added on Thursday afternoon, before I posted the above merge request. The other one was also added at the same time and then I did a merge with an existing profile, so I don't know how you were even able to post a merge compare.
Either way, it looks ok now.
Private User -- Well that is very strange...not sure what's going on with those links or why they aren't working now.
Here's what I was trying to show you:
Johann Edelmann and Johannes Edelmann appear to be good matches for the same son.
But look at their sons named Johann Peter -- Johann Peter Edelman and Johann Peter Edelmann -- and notice the discrepancies there. And then look at each of Johann Peter's mothers and grandparents. There's a lot that isn't matching.
So that's why I'm thinking something is amiss.
