Linda got us a start for Sophya, but if there is someone more familiar with Puerto Rican naming conventions (generally the father's name is the surname, and comes first, followed by the mother's surname, and once married then the husband's surname so Juliette, daughter of Juan Perez and Inez Lopez would be Juliette Perez y Lopez and once married Juliette Perez y Lopez de Juarez. Sometimes no "y" or "de" but just a dash. It isn't too bad once you get the hang of it, but definitely easier if you're already familiar with it!)
