I'm puzzled as to why Royal James Cutler (Royal James Cutler) appears on my list of tree conflicts. When I go to the profile itself, there are no tree conflicts flagged there, and I don't see any errors in tree structure. Royal James Cutler was a (Mormon) polygamist with two wives so far as I know.

Greg Woodhouse, I have completed some nearby merges which may have been affecting this although wouldn't have thought so. It is possible the conflicts have been resolved but the flag hasn't disappeared in your merge centre. This happens sometimes.

That profile is no longer in my merge center. I assumed someone had done something to clear it. There are two other names, but I'm still investigating them.

I would like to ask you for help with profile: Ervin Wenzel Kurz which I create and maintain. I need to set parents only as mother Theresie Kurz. He has no "legal" father. He doesn´t have any relation and connection to Anton Hirsch. Now you can see, that it is his son.

Ok put my plea in wrong place, My account on My Heritage has been changed to Patricia Tornbom, Prev. account was Patricia Sweatt. Called them Twice , they said this was something you at Geni could correct, She said they own Geni.

I'm not sure why MH would tell you Geni can change your MH account name. What I am sure about is that as curators of Geni we cannot change account details. We can help you with your tree or profile.

I have completed the merge - I am not sure about why you were unable to complete the merge - possibly because one of the trees had been abandoned.

June, - the reason why she could not merge was that one of the profiles was a claimed/user profile.

Michael Aloni, Angus Wood-Salomon - I will merge the overlapping trees, but I do not see that Unknown Profile's parents are wrong in either of the trees: the parents are Gradstein, not Gluckstadt. There is a mother duplication in one of the trees, will be merged as well.

PS the point of this is to disconnect from wrong father (Harald), not because i particularly think Olav is the correct father.

Ok, things get worse! Somehow i've ended up disconnecting Rurik from his mother, Umila, the only parent that i actually wanted him connected to!

Now he has 2 fathers and no mother??

Could someone please disconnect him the two unproven fathers and reconnect him to his mother.
