I think we really need to understand what is going on here

I happened to see this beginner needed help with the merge undo button And i moved it over here nicely for her.. GRR won't let me tag Susanne Margaret Ferry-Melton
from here on my ipad...
Orm Eyjolfson
Needs his father to be changed to
Eyjlof Egilson
just because that follows the source, and will also move him forward in time, unless he wasn't .... 250 years old ....
I need another curator to undo what Alex Moes did,
because that are absolutely wrong, the result are that Orm Eyjolfson lived for over 200 year, how hard can it be to interpret right?
This is a quot,
"Egil, who was married to Ulfheid, the daughter of Eyjolf Gudmundson, finally -----they---- had the son Eyjolf, who was killed at the Althing - he was the father of Orm"
Please, take another curator to fix this mess! Take someone who understand what the source actually says.
Alex Moes Secondly, the picture Alex Moes you tagged to Orm Eyjolfson doesn't show his place, once again, another curator, fix this please.
https://www.geni.com/family-tree/index/6000000041176359056
Please delete Alex Moes as a curator for this profile, and pu the right father up, Eyjlof Egilson
After anyone else of you curators have done what I ask for, I seriously beg Alex Moes to start a discussion about his idea, so that everybody can see for them selves how totally absurd that solution was.
This is a translation made by Alex, using Google, I corrected one minor mistake, and made a reference to another, but it correspond to the text .
Hunde-Steinar, was an earl in England; he was married to Åløf, a daughter of Ragnar Lodbrog. Their children were Bjorn, who was the father of
Audun Vognstang,
Erik, who was the father of Sigurd Bordskalle,
and
Isgerd, who was married to Thore Jarl from Værmland.
Audun Vognstang traveled to Iceland and took Vididal and stayed at Audunsted. With him was his companion Thorgils Skinger, the father of Thorarin Gode.
Audun Vognstang was the father of Thora Moshals, who was the mother of Ulfhild who was the mother of Asta, who was the mother of King Olaf the Holy.
A son of Audun Vognstang was
Asgeir at "Asgeirså" (name of the settlement); he was married to Jorunn, who was the daughter of Ingimund the Old. ! Their children were Thorvald who was the father of Dalla, who was the mother of Gissur Biskop,
also they had ( this part still refers to Asgeir and Jorunn )
Audun, who was the father of Asgeir, who was the father of Audun, who was the father of Egil, who was married to Ulfheid, the daughter of Eyjolf Gudmundson, finally they ( this part refers to Egil and Ulfheid) had the son Eyjolf, who was killed at the Althing - he was the father of Orm, who was chaplain to the bishop Thorlac.
-----then the text goes back to Audun Vognstang and his last child--
Another of Audun Vognstang's sons was Eystein, who was the father of Thorstein, who was the father of Helgi, who was the father of Thororm who was the father of Odd, who was the father of Halbjørn, who was the father of Sigvat priest. Asgeir on Asgeirsa also had a daughter Thorbjørg Bænkepryd.
Ulf,
You are mis-quoting, the entire sentence reads:
"Their children were Thorvald who was the father of Dalla, who was the mother of Gissur Biskop, also they had the Audun, who was the father of Asgeir, who was the father of Audun, who was the father of Egil, who was married to Ulfheid, the daughter of Eyjolf Gudmundson, finally they had the son Eyjolf, who was killed at the Althing - he was the father of Orm, who was chaplain to the bishop Thorlac."
This sentence is describing the children of Asgeirsa and Jorunn.
If I am wrong i am very happy to change the structure but the fact that the profile of Eyjolf is named as "Eyolf Asgeirson" is a bit of a give away that he was in the wrong place.
I have not been looking at dates, change them if you want, the saga has no dates.
Could sombody please help out with a merge. The manager of the "other" profile's not active at the moment.

Ulf,
The text in Danish is "...Gudmundson, endelig havde de sønnen Eyjolf, som..."
You are interpreting the comma (,) as a full stop (.) while i am leaving it as a comma (,).
As i said if i am wrong i will change it, i did not actually change Orm's parentage today I only resolved the Data conflict on him. I have removed the picture from Orm and Eyjolf's profiles as you are correct it does not show them.
Alex,
Read the whole text in order to get an overall grip of the content.
Select relevant information in order to understand and see the content.
Condense the sentences but without deleting any content into meaningful units which are coded in categorized groups so they reflect the key message. These categories are what manifest the content.
Your method have created a timetraveller or a person who at a minimum lived for over 200 years, do you still think that that is possible, or slightly plausible, or why not, just credible?
Read the text right! If not, use common sense.
Alex Moes I've added sources for all the profiles I've added. I'm about to link them to the World Tree. I only discovered the duplicates after I added a small unconnected tree for the family.
The best way to handle your issue is to merge them and then set your adoptive parents as your adopted
Read the following Geni Blog post to learn about it: http://www.geni.com/blog/new-on-geni-adoption-387942.html
After reading the blog post, let us know which set of parents are your Adoptive parents, a curator will merge them and then set the adoptive parents as your adoptive parents for you.
Kevin
This tree is duplicated. It is abandoned and GENI cannot find a replacement manager.
The duplicate profile is
Moises Marcos Fuchs
Thanks
