I'm still waiting if someone could help or make a suggestion from yesterday please.

The 2 profiles in the attached discussion appear to be the same person and were both abandoned and I clicked on "Abandoned Tree" but it came up with an error so I am not sure if it did the Geni magic or if it needs a Curator's magic wand.

Joanne Overend, I have no problem viewing your tree. My suggestion is to assume it is a computer glitch. I recommend clearing the cache of your browser. For Internet Explorer, click the tools icon and then "safety", "delete browser history". Chrome - press the three horizontal bars, choose "history", "clear browsing data". I then suggest rebooting your computer. If that doesn't work, re-post here.

Joanne Overend it seems to be a technical glitch that also a curator can't do anything about. I've had "no permission" messages sometimes as well on pages where I could not think of any reason to justify it
I had no problem looking at your tree now, and took the liberty to check some of the tree matches

I use firefox it auto clears cache everytime I close the browser. I also clear my cookies because I have found google often interfers with loading sometimes. The weird thing is I can edit my profile but it wont let me see the tree just comes up

'error you dont have permission to view that profiles tree' and thats after editing my profile then hitting the tree tab??

Frustrating glitch!!! been 2 days now should I send a request to tech about this?

Private User both managers involved were active on Geni less than a year ago, and both profiles are connected to the big tree. So to me they do not look abandoned at all.
I agree that they are the same person, so I merged them, as well as the husbands Benjamin

I too use firefox but I haven't had any problems at all. Yesterday and today I took a look. I just like Ard can see all of them.

Joanne Overend, I still recommend logging out of Geni, manually clearing the cache, rebooting, and logging back into Geni.

Could a curator please assist.

How can I get GENI to show this?

Analizując część drzewa pokazaną linkiem https://www.geni.com/family-tree/index/6000000003667815478 doszedłem do miejsca które moim zdaniem jest ewidentnym błędem. Chodzi mianowicie o pokrewieństwo z Mieszkiem I. Według drzewa nie jestem z nim spokrewniony, choć jestem spokrewniony z jego żoną (partnerką) i jego dziećmi. Nie wiem jak wyjść z tego pata.

Joanne Overend If you have any ad or "tracker" blockers, set them to "whitelist" geni.com.

On the other hand, if you can see "Profile" pages but not the "Tree", then the problem is most likely to be that Flash is not enabled; Flash is required for "Tree View". (Some newer browser releases will disable Flash by default, forcing you to be sure to update to the latest Flash release and explicitly enable it.)

You can try using the HTML5 tree view, but that has a lot of limitations at the present time: http://www.geni.com/family-tree/html5

These appear to be the same person (and their family) - both trees were abandoned and one cannot find a replacement manager.
