ATTENTION Curators, please assist

Sheila Gordon, when I view his profile and you click on "Actions" and then click on "Add to Project" I can see a list of projects that people are joined to and there is a little 'x" to remove them.

This tree contains a loop wherein he eventually becomes his own grandfather. Erik Nielsen, til Sønder Elkjær
He was the first one in this line, shown as .I. Led. He had two children with an unknown wife, "Brune Erik" and "Niels Eriksen Rød". Since we actually don't know if he were married twice or just one time, ther's no point in letting the children be halfbrothers, because that would be like inventing an extra unknown wife, totally unnecessary.

To complicate it all, someone has put up the same chronological impossible (as stated i DAA), wife named here as "NN wife of Brune Banner", to have been married to both his sons. Even if she actually wasn't married to any of them, http://www.roskildehistorie.dk/stamtavler/adel/Banner/forfra.htm has her set up as only Erik Eriksen banners wife, i.e. the same as "Brune Erik" mentioned above. So someone need to split her from Niels Eriksen Rød. I guess all this is a result of many bad previous merges.

And please, the amount of work needed to fix it are the same whether any of you knew about these error or not, don't shoot the messenger.

There is a pending merge for this profile and after it it merged there will be a number of surrounding duplicates that I am not close enough related to to fix. Would someone be so kind as to take care that for me...thanks

Ulf: I'll say again. If you started a discussion under that profile's Discussion tab, you would automatically notify those who best can handle that ... especially in cases like that one, where there are a lot of co-managers (and many of them Curators who may be able to solve it quickly).

Nice supporting details ... for someone who 'knows that branch' (which I don't).

Steve: That is the profile of an active member ... who already accepted the merge. You may need to help them to learn how to check for and merge duplicates, since they'll be within the "Family Group". Help them learn more about Geni? Sounds like a good thing!

I already got help, it's all fixed. That profile where curated by Björn, and as he previous already have very clearly stated in this thread, he do not take any action on my behalf, or listen to what I suggest. Furthermore, he has contacted and warned other curators for "jumping" on anything that I request for...

I really do not know if that policy are good for any curator as I would like that curators actually ought to be straightforward, service-minded and most of all, actually wanting to see a tree without a lot of conflicts hanging in them as tree ornament, even if that mean a lot of work.

I might seem to be a bit impatient, but many errors have been here for several years without any action, and yes, new ones arrives constantly.

Could you please check this profile, some bad merges I think, this area has people in Scotland, Germany and England.

I am trying to workout who is the correct parent for Henry Ker Henry Ker of Graden who wed Lilas Rutherford 1.Dec.1666. But I have come up with three options.

In the midsts of some merging, this profile now has two sets of parents, but I cannot remove the erroneous parents because it will split the tree.
