I'm trying to do some research on my ancestor Samuel Adams, of Maine. I'm not sure how accurate reports are, but in many cases online trees place him as the son of John Adams, of Compton Dundon, who is often listed as the husband of Katherine Adams, which we have here.
The parents online for John Adams, of Compton Dundon are often split, with these two families:
* William Adams, of Trent & Somerton & Elizabeth (Alice) Adams
* John Adams, of Barton St. David & Agnes Adams
So I thought I would bring it up so that it can be discussed more so proper notes can be added to the profiles.
