Try to draw a small tree on paper and you will see that a daughter might have known grandparents even if her mothers parents are not known ;-)

Anyhow, the suffix in the Display Name "granddaughter of Henry I" on Adelise de Peverell seems weird when you see her tree.

@Adeline de Ponthieu, of Lancaster is my 26th grt grandmother Judy Rice

She is also my 26th great grandmother (it shows as 27th, but my line has an extra generation that needs to be deleted).

Adelise de Peveral, granddaughter of Henry I is your 25th great grandmother.

I just don't see how she connects to Henry I. Could someone please explain this to me.
