The Israel Genealogy Research Association IGRA genealogy.org.il will
celebrate the Jewish New Year and Jewish Genealogy Month with an
exciting event to help research your roots in Israel and Belarus.
Awards will be announced, Gilad Japhet, CEO of MyHeritage.com, will
share tips with us, and producer Arnon Goldfinger will answer
questions following the screening of his movie, "The Apartment"
-"HaDira". Save the date! Monday October 7, 2013, 3:30-8:30 pm at

It's a very interesting film, but as a just graduated film student (from the very same university where Mr. Goldfinger teaches) who was encouraged to watch this film many times by my instructors because of my personal interest in movies that has a lot to do with Genealogy - I was quite disappointed by the manipulative way Goldfinger chose to confront his interviewees about things they didn't know or chose not to investigate. I felt he could have chosen to get the information in a much gentler way, which would be more respectful.

Randy - will you be there ? Will there be anyone from the management / System technicians of Geni ? More than anything, I am interested in the technical changes the union with MyHeritage has made to Geni ...
