Hello,

I'd like to find out whether is possible to know a total exact number of descendants of a particular person? What I mean is the first historic ruler of Poland, Mieszko I. I can always see a number of his descendants as 5000, whereas there is getting more and more of them here at Geni every day, and would be nice to see some kind of statistics.

Technically it is possible.
Geni did once run such a query on Charlemagne, but had to stop it after some processing because it was jamming the server, so practically: It is a performance question not giving us such an option.

Well, that's true, it could make some major server trouble. Maybe in some time it could be possible. :)
