Her son Roger was born in c. 1138 but his mother is born c.1169..? The years are kind of messed up on a few.

Dating the medieval tree is very difficult and often a matter of historical reconstruction with varying opinions.

My opinion is that Roger de Stuteville, Sheriff of Northumberland is the son of an unknown earlier wife than Isabel fitz Roger, who is said to have married him thirdly.
