Hello,

what do you think on the version that Håkon Eiriksson (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Håkon_Eiriksson) and Yakun the Blind (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yakun) are the same person?

I think it is two different Håkon / Yakun we talk about here. It was several Håkon at this time.

The theory as presented seems intriguiing and could be possible, but not compelling enough to say "this is what we should say about him".
Ladejarl Håkon Ericsson seems like the one who's being suggested - in 1024, according to Snorre, he was an earl in England, having escaped Norway after being defeated by Olav Haraldsson.

It's worth a mention and a link in the About Me.

To Bjørn Brox: Do you know more about this Håkon / Yakun stuff ?

I do my best in this case. You are welcome to contribute.

It was just the Other links section added in the project description I did not understand . You should add some more text explaining why you link to those two Wikipedia articles, and probably rename the section to Challenges or similar to make it more project specific.

Ok, I made a comment in "About me" for Håkon Eiriksson where the Yakon-link is written. I hope this will be better to understand in the future when we all has forgotten this e-mail correspondence and shall read about him.

I did some further editing. I hope it's easier to place the pieces of the profile now.
