i do not know much about that part of the tree but will look into it. once we get back that far the dates get pretty fuzzy.

did some quick searching-godfrid haraldsson....born 820 to 840 died 856 to 907
no consensus on who his children were. will continue later.

If anyone gets any info on this please let me know. My Grandmother's maiden name is Blount and I traced it back to this point as a direct Father-Son descendent to her Father James Porter Blount. I would love to be able to link it to Godfrid. Thank You:)

I'm cutting the link from Sigfried to "Godfrid of Haithabu". The profile's text says that his parentage was unknown, but he was somehow related to the Danish kings; Godfrid of Haithabu has no known parents either, so that isn't even consistent with that vague statement.

I think he should be disconnected from *all* his parents, but haven't done that yet.
