It is unlikely Agnes died in USA in 1296 and she is not recorded as a child of James Aldithley (James de Audley). Where does she belong?

I second that inquiry about @Agnes de Weston. As much as I enjoyed the absurdity of the error, it is impossible for her to have died in the land that was later called Rhode Island, USA.
