I have also seen Antoine Bourque, but the Bourg is more widely recognized.

We could add Bourque to the surname field. So it says Antoine Bourg (Bourque).

Bourg and Bourque are common name here in South Louisiana! There different names over here! One of my teachers name was Bourg and my grandmother"s sisters married name was Bourgue. There pronounced differently too!
